Tokyu Stay Fukuoka Tenjin - Fukuoka (Fukuoka)

Had an awesome stay! The location is spot-on-just a quick stroll to Tenjin and all its shops and restaurants. The staff were super friendly and spoke multiple languages, which made everything smoother and more enjoyable. Plus, I loved having a washing machine in my room; it really helps when you're on the go!

On the downside, the soundproofing could be better; I could hear some noise from the hallway and nearby rooms. the parking situation could be tricky if you're driving, as spaces are limited. though, my experience was more good than bad!

Fairly clean hotel, neat and compact rooms, great value. Helpful staff with a good portion of humor. A safe, television and a microwave in the room and the great bed. Location not far from restaurants or even taxi to airport and a large bus/train station and shopping facilities, restaurants, and transportation spots. What a nice stay, no complaints whatsoever.

Enjoyed spending my time in this clean business hotel. The position was excellent and perfect, minutes from a tube station. There was a magnificent restaurant, a shopping street and convenience stores next door😀👌

I had a really enjoyable stay! The location is super convenient, right in the heart of everything-restaurants, shopping, and convenience stores are all nearby. The room was modern and spacious, which made it comfortable, plus having a washer and dryer combo was a game-changer! It was perfect for freshening up my clothes after a long day of exploring.

There were a few downsides. The cleanliness left something to be desired, with a few stains here and there. the Wi-Fi was pretty spotty, which was frustrating at times. And, just a heads up, you might want to pick up some water since it’s not provided in the room!

Appreciated decent sized and compact rooms.

Booked a room with a washer/dryer. Central heating, a personal safe and multi-channel television were a bonus. The location was amazing, and we could reach Rainbow Plaza by walking.

I booked a twin room, it was compact and had an electric kettle, a microwave oven, and air conditioner.

I can't believe how dusty our room was, with dirty carpets and stains under the comforter. For the price we paid, I expected much better.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a brief walk from Tenjin-Minami Station and the lively Tenjin area, making it easy to explore local attractions. The room may be small, but it has all the necessary amenities, including a washer/dryer combo that I appreciated during my stay. The bed was comfortable, which helped me recharge after busy workdays. nearby supermarkets and restaurants made it convenient to grab meals or snacks on the go. I particularly enjoyed the daily breakfast offered at the Italian restaurant downstairs; I found the fusion of Italian and Japanese flavors to be good, even though the selection was somewhat limited.

Choosing Tokyu Stay was primarily for its proximity to the temple, but I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary wireless Internet access. the Japanese Western-style breakfast offered daily from 6:30 AM was a good start to my day, combining local flavors with familiar tastes, making it enjoyable.

Difficult to find supermarkets nearby.

We had a pleasant stay at Tokyu Stay Fukuoka Tenjin with our 5-month-old baby. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the cleanliness and spaciousness of our twin room, equipped with a washing machine and microwave. Being close to Tenjin Station and local landmarks like Hakata Machiya Folk Museum made our outings convenient, although the wifi and safety deposit issues were a minor inconvenience. the atmosphere was relaxing and made for a lovely family bonding experience.

My experience here was frustrating from the start. The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable, with carpets stained and leftover trash not addressed. I was also dismayed to find out that room cleaning required a fee, something I have never encountered in my travels before.

This place is a disaster! A receptionist with dismal English, and i found dirty spots on the pajama. Unacceptable! I expected a complimentary upgrade or at least a welcome gift after this fiasco, but no, nothing! I almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn't.
